Bi-metal connectors is suitable for connecting stranded aluminium conductors ACSR of size from 35 to 70mm2.The clamp cotter bolts and bolt is galvanized steel, the clamp body is of high strength and heat treated cast aluminium alloy.

Product Details

The bi-metal connector is designed to provide an effective corrosion barrier between the dissimilar metals aluminium and copper.The threads nuts and tapped holes is cut after galvanizing and well greased. All other threads is formed before galvanizing. Each PG is tightened by two bolts with nuts and washers.
